today I seen him cry, & I think only once in my 22yrs of living I recall him crying . it was years bck we got into this huge arguement I was maybe 8, I was so angry & just shouted out I HATE YOU ! Well tonight went a little different & the cry wasn’t the type with tears but it was a silent cry , a cry for help . He was so angry & hurt & you could see it all the way he spoke to me & thru shit on the ground. My eyes began to water & the taste of salty tears started to fall into my mouth. I knew nothing I can say or do would change how he felt. He began to walk away as I sat there & he put his hand in the air telling me to GO, I drove off as he kept walking down the dark street . it hurts to see a man with so much potential live that way & it breaks my heart to know that man was once my father & once my best friend. His life has changed forever noones fault but his own, but regardless of his past & all his mistakes he is still human & one hell of a Dad. & even tho I never got an apology I forgive him.
